Cleaning methods: Most chandeliers or lights can be cleaned and polished while hanging by our professional team.  We use a variety of equipment to reach the chandelier or lights,  (depends on the set up). 

 

We use a (crystal and glass) product mixture which will keep your crystals and glass shine for a longer period (depends on the environment). This will be available in any local store for you to use and buy.

To enable us to give you a detailed quotation – “please be so kind as to give us as much as possible of the following information”

 

1.    How big is your chandelier or light? Approximately width and height in cm / mm or meters

2.    Can we disassemble this chandelier or light to work on?

3.    What material is your chandelier/light made off? Glass, Crystal, Copper, Iron etc..

4.    What is the weight of this chandelier/light?      Kg.

5.    How big is the door or space we can enter the house, building to reach this chandelier? Height? Width?

6.    How far will we park from this door to enter the building/place?

7.    How high is the chandelier’s bottom from the floor if in a hanging position?

8.    How high are the chandeliers if hanging from the bottom to the ceiling?

9.    How high is the ceiling?

10. Does this hang on a chain – if not – a pipe or?

11. Does the chandelier hang over a staircase or flat floor?

12. Can we assemble a scaffolding or ladder underneath it to work in this space? And +- which size in meters?

13. Are there any obstructions that inhibit a ladder accessing the chandelier? (Ex: Staircase, banister, furniture, etc.) *

14. If your chandelier/light is above a staircase – how wide is the staircase and +- total steps / is it very steep or with a turn / straight or which shape? 

15. How many years your chandelier/light was cleaned?
